Processing Time
: processing time can take up to 5-9 weeks. most of our items are on a pre order basis meaning we make your order after it’s placed which can take up to 9 weeks due to the high volume of orders we receive.  

Where is the rest of my order?: if your packaging slips says  “there are other items from your order not included in this shipment” that means we still have yet to ship the rest of your order! you’ll get separate shipping notifications if you have multiple items in your order. This is called split shipping :)

Custom Orders: At this time I am NOT doing custom orders.

 

Shipping Prices: I am not in charge of shipping prices. I am just following the recommended shipping prices.

 

Exchanges: Due to Covid-19, we are not accepting exchanges at the moment, unless it was a mistake we made. i.e. wrong item sent, wrong size sent, etc.

Cancellations: I only accept cancellations after 2 weeks from the initial purchase. 

 

Can I Change My Order?: Order changes can’t be made after 4 weeks from the initial purchase.

When choosing to contact us please only send ONE email. Many repeat emails go to our spam folder. If we don’t respond within our estimated time frame which is 6-8 business days then you can send us another email.

 

It makes it easier for us to answer emails when you provide us with your order number and problem. That way we can solve your issue faster! 

 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged mail. Once we hand your package to UPS ,USPS, or DHL it is in their hands.

 

    If you are an international customer please remember that we are NOT responsible for custom/import fees.
